Bike tour around western Turkey

Hi dear free souls, I plan to make a 45 days 2500km bike tour around western Turkey starting from Istanbul, passing through Black Sea town, Bolu, Ankara, Cappadocia, Adana, Antakya, Mersin, Antalya, Fethiye. Begin/end dates would be determined according to covit-19 pandemia threat. As of today (5th of May 2020) I hope that It can be feasible/safe to make it during September 5th-October20th, 2020. I am 48 years old mostly plant based diet follower guy, tour would be in a slow paced sightseeing and enjoying manner(80-max 100km per day). I would like to follow three consecutive days pedalling and one day resting tour pattern. I highly prefer sleeping in a tent than in a five stars hotel and preparing my food in a camping stove than eating plastified food products. I dream about making 2-3 days long meditative wild camping in some deserted coves in mediterranean sea, just book reading, sun, sea and sand. I think tour would end in Kabak cove, Deadsea, Fethiye region along with 3-5 days sea holiday.
