UK - ROMANIA: An epic adventure!

Hi, I'm Luke. I'm 19 years old and I love to ride my bike. I'm currently living and working in Cluj-Napoca, Romania but grew up in Suffolk, England. I have a bike here, but my real road bike is back at my parents place in the UK. I want to bring it here to ride during the summer, and what better way to get it here than riding it!  I will be taking a flight back to the UK at the start of March, spending a week or so with my parents then starting my trip back to my life in Cluj. Starting early March I will be riding from UK to Romania. I will cross Dover - Calais, ride to Cologne, down the Rhine, along the Danube to Budapest, then to Oradea and finishing in Cluj-Napoca. I will be traveling ultra light, riding a road bike and only camping under a tarp or couchsurfing. I aim to cover 100 km a day, almost every day and complete the ~2400 km trip in about a month.  I have previous experience in long distance cycle touring and am prepared for a serious adventure.
