4500km Greece/Macedonia/Albania in 7 weeks

I am booked to fly from Canada to Crete in early May for a road cycling trip from the South of Greece with a final destination of Dubrovnik Croatia. I will be staying in hostels/hotels. My routes are all planned. Gpx files available. Must be able to ride 100km or 60 miles per day. I do have a few days break every week to 10 days.
