Waterford Greenway

Myself and one friend so far planning a 3 night cycle tour around the weekend of 23, 24 and 25th of October. We want to incorporate the Waterford greenway which runs from Waterford to Dungarvan and are looking at cycling between 30km and 50km per day and staying in hostels (hopefully). Now I’m no Olympic cyclist so 50km will be tough but doable - but this is the general level of bike fitness you would need to come along. We plan to car share or get public transport the first day, from Belfast to Kilkenny and stay the 1st night there, setting off to Waterford on day 2. This section will be on quiet roads. We will do the greenway the next day, a distance of 46km (but quite flat and off road). Day 3 will be coming back along the same greenway to Waterford and from there we can either make our way home or spend the night in Waterford. Oh and finally, if it's looking like really crap weather we won't be going - no one wants 4 days of misery ?
